Most oligos are clear and colorless, so you may see only see a thin film or residue in the tube. Since shipment may dislodge the clear pellet, it is important to take care when opening the tube and resuspending the oligo.
We recommend briefly spinning the tube in a microcentrifuge to bring the pellet to the bottom of the tube. During resuspension, pipet the resuspension medium down all sides of the tube to capture all of the oligo pellet.
